The invention concerns a process for preparation of polyglycerylated amines (for formula see Figure I) in which R represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbonated chain in C6-C32, R1 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbonated chain in C1-C22 or -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O-R2, A represents H or Image R2 represents a pattern or chain of patterns of formula CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O-R2 (I) and/or Image (II) formula in which the available valence of oxygen atom is bonded to a hydrogen atom, the said process being characterized in that it consists in (a) causing an amine of formula Image and an ether of formula Image to react, in which R3 represents H or a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbonated chain, in C1-C22, and A, R, R2 have the meaning given above, the available valence of the oxygen atom being bonded to a protective group, and (b) deprotecting. The invention also concerns the above-mentioned amines and their derivatives appearing in the form of amine oxide, quaternary ammonium, ammonium salt and betaine.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'amines polyglycérylées de formule: (voir fig. I) dans laquelle R représente une chaîne hydrocarbonée, linéaire ou ramifiée, saturée ou insaturée, en C6-C32, R1 représente une chaîne hydrocarbonée, linéaire ou ramifiée, saturée ou insaturée, en C1-C22 ou -CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O-R2, A représente H ou Image R2 repésente un motif ou un enchaînement de motifs de formule: CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O-R2 (I) et/ou Image (II) formule dans laquelle la valence disponible de l'atome d'oxygène est liée à un atome d'hydrogène, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à: a) faire réagir une amine de formule Image et un éther de formule: Image dans laquelle R3 représente H ou une chaîne hydrocarbonée, linéaire ou ramifiée,saturée ou insaturée, en C1-C22, et A, R, R2 ont la signification donnée ci-avant, la valence disponible de l'atome d'oxygène étant liée à un groupement protecteur, et b) déprotéger. Elle a également pour objet les amines précitées et leurs dérivés se présen- tant notamment sous la forme d'oxyde d'amine, d'ammonium quaternaire, de sel d'ammonium et de bétaïne.
