BREVET D'INVENTION NOUVEAU PROCEDE DE PREPARATION DE DERIVES DE LA PRISTINAMYCINE IIB RHONE-POULENC SANTE ABREGE Nouveau procédé de préparation de dérivés de formule (I) dans laquelle R représente : - soit un hétérocycle azoté à 4 à 7 chaînons éventuellement substi- tué par alcoyle - soit un radical alcoyle (2 à 4 C) substitué par 1 ou 2 phényle, cycloalcoylamino ou N-alcoyl N-cycloalcoyl-amino (3 à 6 chaînons), alcoylamino, dialcoylamino ou dialcoylcarbamoyloxy (les parties dialcoylamino de ces 2 derniers radicaux pouvant former un hétéro- cycle à 4 à 7 chaînons éventuellement substitué par alcoyle) ou substitué par 1 ou 2 hétérocycles azotés à 4 à 7 chaînons, éventuel- lement substitué par alcoyle, l'un au moins des substituants ci-dessus étant un substituant azoté capable de former des sels - soit un radical (méthyl-1 pyrrolidinyle-2(S)] méthyle, tous les alcoyles étant droits ou ramifiés et ayant (sauf mention spéciale) 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, leurs isomères et leurs sels, consistant à oxyder au moyen de monosulfate de potassium un dérivé de la pristinamycine IIB de formule (II).
