The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of L-isomer of propargyl-ammonium-chloride derivatives of the general formula (I) Image (I) by decomposing D-tartarate of L-isomer of the amine of the general formula (II) Image (II) and by reacting the obtained L-isomer amine of the general formula (II) in the presence of a base with a halide of the general formula (V), and by reacting the so-obtained L-isomer of the general formula (III) Image (III) with hydrogen-chloride in an organic solvent, wherein - x stands for a halogen atom, - y stands for a hydrogen or fluorine atom which comprises releasing the amine base from the D-tartarate of the L-isomer of the amine of the general formula (II), wherein y is as given above, in aqueous suspension with ammonium hydroxide or basic alkaline salt and/or ammonium salt, and reacting same with 1-1.5 mole equivalent of a halide of the general formula (V), wherein - x is as defined above - at 0-50°C in a buffer system of the pH of 8-12 directly formed in the course of the base release and after separating the aqueous layer extracting the mixture containing L-isomer amines of the general formulae (II) and (III) in the organic layer with water and with a mixture of ammonium hydroxide and water and/or with a solution of aqueous phosphate salt of a pH of 5.5-7.5 and dissolving the L-isomer amine of the general formula (II) or salts thereof into the aqueous layer and selectively separating it from the L-isomer amine of the general formula (III) and converting the L-isomer amine of the general formula (III) after distillation to L-isomer salt of the general formula (I) by a method known per se.
L'invention porte sur une méthode de préparation d'isomères L de dérivés de chlorure de propargyl-ammonium de formule générale (I) Image (I) par décomposition du D-tartrate de l'isomère L d'amine de formule générale (II) Image (II), et par réaction de l'isomère L d'amine ainsi obtenu, de formule générale (II), en présence d'une base, avec un halogénure de formule générale (V), et par réaction de l'isomère L ainsi obtenu, de formule générale (III) Image (III), avec du chlorure d'hydrogène dans un solvant organique, où x est un atome d'halogène et y un atome d'hydrogène ou de fluor; la méthode consiste à libérer l'amine du D-tartrate de l'isomère L d'amine de formule générale (II), où y correspond à la définition ci-dessus, dans une suspension aqueuse avec de l'hydroxyde d'ammonium ou un sel alcalin basique et (ou) un sel d'ammonium, et à la faire réagir avec 1-1,5 équivalent molaire d'un halogénure de formule générale (V), x ayant la même signification que ci-dessus, à 0-50 degrés C dans un système tampon de pH 8-12 directement formé lors de la libération de la base et après séparation de la couche aqueuse d'extraction du mélange contenant les isomères L d'amine de formules générales (II) et (III) dans la couche organique avec de l'eau et un mélange d'hydroxyde d'ammonium et d'eau et (ou) avec une solution de sel de phosphate aqueux de pH 5,5-7,5, et dissolution de l'isomère L d'amine de formule générale (II) ou de ses sels dans la couche aqueuse, et sa séparation sélective de l'isomère L d'amine de formule générale (III) et de la conversion de l'isomère L d'amine de formule générale (III) après distillation en isomère L de sel de formule générale (I) par une méthode connue.
