Process for preparing a radionuclide generator for producing Tc-99m or Re-18R. A clear solution containing a metallic cation and an anion comprising VJ-1R8 or Mo-99 is provided. The metallic canon is present in the solution ac a dissolved complex of the metallic canon and a complexing agent and/or the anion being present in the solution as a dissolved complex of the anion and a complexing agent. The dissolved complex(es) are decomposed to form a slurry containing a precipitate of the metallic cation and the anion. The precipitate is transferred to an elutable container of a radionuclide generator.

Procédé de préparation d'un générateur de radionuclides servant à produire Tc-99m ou Re-188. On prépare une solution claire contenant un cation métallique et un anion comprenant W-188 ou Mo-99. Le cation métallique est présent dans la solution en tant que complexe dissous du cation métallique et d'un agent complexant et/ou l'anion est présent dans la solution en tant que complexe dissous de l'anion et d'un agent complexant. Le(s) complexe(s) dissous sont décomposés, afin de former une boue liquide contenant un précipité du cation métallique et de l'anion. Le précipité est transféré vers un réservoir d'élution d'un générateur de radionuclides.
