The invention also relates to an active, stable transposase that can be produced using such a process, and to the molecular biology tools, such as the prokaryotic host cells, the expression vectors or the kits, which make it possible to produce an active, stable transposase, or which use it. In addition, the present invention relates to the uses of the active, stable transposases.
