The invention provides a process for the production of a granule of a coated oxidizing compound which granule has good delayed release properties, said process comprising a) providing cores of an oxidizing compound produced by fluidized bed spray granulation, b) spraying on the oxidizing compound cores an aqueous solution of metal sili- cate in a fluidized bed, said aqueous solution comprising at least 15 % by weight metal silicate, and c)drying to form a metal silicate coating layer on the oxidizing compound core, provided that the amount of metal silicate coating layer is at least 8%,preferably at least 10 % by weight based on the total weight of the granule. The invention also provides such granule andwell treatment fluids including such granule, and processes for use.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un granule à partir d'un composé oxydant enrobé, ledit granule possédant de bonnes propriétés de libération retardée, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) la fourniture de noyaux d'un composé oxydant produits par granulation par vaporisation en lit fluidisé, b) la vaporisation sur les noyaux du composé oxydant d'une solution aqueuse de silicate métallique dans un lit fluidisé, ladite solution aqueuse comprenant au moins 15 % en poids de silicate métallique et c) le séchage pour former une couche d'enrobage de silicate métallique sur le noyau du composé oxydant, à condition que la quantité de la couche d'enrobage de silicate métallique soit d'au moins 8 %, de préférence d'au moins 10 % en poids sur la base du poids total du granule. L'invention a également pour objet ledit granule et des liquides de traitement de puits incluant ledit granule, et des procédés d'utilisation.
