ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Process for the production of a matrix of electronic components comprising p rows and q columns, making it possible to obtain a matrix of components, whereof all the components function correctly, wherein it comprises: - forming n groups of r submatrixes of not electrically interconnected components, the electronic components of the same submatrix being electrically interconnected; - determining then in each group of submatrixes, a non- defective submatrix and interconnecting the thus determined submatrixes, in such a way as to form the matrix of components having p rows and q columns.
