The invention relates to a process for the production of two-coat finishes of the basecoat/clearcoat type, in which nonaqueous transparent topcoats are employed, which comprise (A) a synthetic resin containing hydroxyl groups or a mixture of synthetic resins containing hydroxyl groups, (B) an amino resin or a mixture of amino resins, and (C) a blocked polyisocyanate or a mixture of blocked polyisocyanates, in which component (C) comprises isocyanate groups blocked both with a blocking agent (I) and with a blocking agent (II), and the blocking agent (I) being a dialkyl malonate, the blocking agent (II) being a blocking agent which is different from (I) and contains active methylene groups or an oxime, and the ratio of equivalents between the isocyanate groups blocked with (I) and the isocyanate groups blocked with (II) being between 1.0:1.0 and 9.0:1Ø
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de peintures à deux couches, du type "basecoat/clearcoat", dans lequel on utilise des vernis de finition transparents non aqueux renfermant: (A) une résine synthétique présentant des groupes hydroxyle, ou un mélange de résines synthétiques présentant de tels groupes, (B) une résine aminoplaste ou un mélange de résines aminoplastes, et (C) un polyisocyanate inhibé ou un mélange de polyisocyanates inhibés, le composant (C) renfermant des groupes isocyanate inhibés avec un agent inhibant (I), ainsi que des groupes isocyanate inhibés avec un agent inhibant (II), l'agent inhibant (I) étant un dialkylmalonate, l'agent inhibant (II) étant un agent inhibant différent de (I) renfermant des groupes méthylène actifs, ou étant une oxime, et le rapport équivalent entre les groupes isocyanate inhibés avec (I) et les groupe isocyanate inhibés avec (II) étant compris entre 1,0:1,0 et 9,0:1,0.
