According to the inventive method for producing a urea-formaldehyde fertilizer, a precondensate consisting of an aqueous solution of formaldehyde urea and/or methylolureas in the form of monomeric and low-molecular polymers is modified to a pH value < 4 by adding an acid, and the condensate that is produced as the reaction product is dried in a neutralized state. According to the invention, hexamethylenetetramine and/or tetramethylenediamine are added to the precondensate before the acid is added. According to a further feature of the inventive method, a melt consisting of paraformaldehydes and urea can be used as a precondensate instead of an aqueous solution of different components.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un engrais d'urée-formaldéhyde. Selon ce procédé, un précondensat constitué d'une solution aqueuse de formaldéhyde-urée et/ou de méthylolurée sous la forme de monomères et de polymères à faible poids moléculaire, est ajusté à un pH < 4, par addition d'un acide, et le condensat obtenu en tant que produit de réaction est séché et neutralisé. Selon l'invention, on ajoute au précondensat de l'hexaméthylènetétramine et/ou de la tétraméthylènediamine, avant d'ajouter l'acide. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, on peut utiliser comme précondensat, à la place d'une solution aqueuse constituée de différents composants, une matière fondue constituée de paraformaldéhydes et d'urée.
