Process for the production of cellulose paper pulps from vegetable masses, comprising the steps of mixing and conditioning a vegetable mass suitable to form a culture medium with an inoculum constituted of edible ligninolythic mushrooms, such as Lentinus edodes, Pleurotis Peryngii, Psajor-caju, and the like; extracting the so-obtained enzyme and adding it to the vegetable material for the production of paper pulp, mainly constituted of cultivated annual plants such as kenaf, hemp, flax, cotton and various stems and/or agricultural-industrial residues, such as cereal straws, maize stalks, and the like; conditioning and causing the mass to react; and lastly washing the mass after the biological attack, obtaining in this way a cellulose pulp to be submitted to possible mild final cooking and bleaching treatment. Apparatus for the realisation of the process, and cellulose pulps obtained by biodelignification of cultivated annual plants and/or agricultural-industrial residues.

Ce procédé de production de pâtes à papier cellulosiques à partir de matières végétales comprend les étapes consistant à mélanger et traiter une matière végétale appropriée, afin de former un milieu de culture porteur d'un inoculum constitué par des champignons ligninolythiques comestibles, tels que Lentinus edodes, Pleurotis Peryngii, Psajor-caju et analogue, à extraire l'enzyme ainsi obtenue, à ajouter celle-ci à la matière végétale, afin de produire de la pâte à papier, cette matière étant principalement constituée de plantes annuelles cultivées telles que le kenaf, le chanvre, le lin, le coton et diverses tiges et/ou résidus agro-industriels, tels que la paille de céréales, les tiges de maïs et analogue, puis à traiter sous certaines conditions la matière afin de la faire réagir, et enfin à laver celle-ci après l'attaque biologique, ce qui permet d'obtenir une pâte cellulosique que l'on peut soumettre ensuite à une cuisson douce finale ainsi qu'à un traitement de blanchiment. On décrit également l'appareil utilisé pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé, ainsi que les pâtes cellulosiques obtenues par délignification biologique de plantes annuelles cultivées et/ou de résidus agro-industriels.
