The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a pluraliq of different units consisting of a solid or semisolid carrier (bead), a synthetic oligomer (ligand) and an identification structure (tag) by means of which the monomers of the ligands are coded, and the use of said library for searching for novel classes of compounds and individual. The invention further relates to compounds found with the novel process and the use thereof as thrombin inhibitors.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d'une pluralité d'unités différentes consistant en un porteur solide ou partiellement solide (une bille), en un oligomère synthétique (un ligand) et en une structure d'identification (une étiquette), au moyen desquels on code les monomères des ligands. L'invention se rapporte également à l'utilisation d'une telle banque dans la recherche de nouvelles classes de composés et de composés individuels. L'invention se rapporte enfin à des composés trouvés à l'aide de ce nouveau procédé et à l'utilisation de ces composés en tant qu'inhibiteurs de la thrombine.
