Selon l'invention, on introduit, dans une enceinte sous pression munie d'une valve, une charge constituée d'un produit cosmétique ou pharmaceutique comprenant une dispersion d'un produit non-miscible à l'eau dans une solution aqueuse, ladite dispersion étant stabilisée par des niosomes constitués d'une ou plusieurs couches lipidiques non-ioniques encapsulant une phase aqueuse, la charge comportant de 40 à 95% en poids de dispersion et 5 à 60% en poids de propulseur, les proportions étant données par rapport au poids de la charge totale de l'enceinte.
