Especially advantageous preparations are those containing leucine- encephaline or methionine-encephaline, in particular those formulated as coated tablets or tablets with an outer coat- ing which is resistant to solution in gastric fluid, an enteric coating for rapid release of the active ingredient, and a core for delayed release of the active ingredient.
