The invention relates to a process for the production of strongly adherent coatings on an inorganic or organic metalized substrate, wherein in a first step a) a low-temperature plasma, a corona discharge or a flame is caused to act on the inorganic or organic substrate, in a second step b) one or more photoinitiators or mixtures of photoinitiators with monomers, containing at least one ethylenically unsaturated group, or solutions, suspensions or emulsions of the afore-mentioned substances, are applied to the inorganic or organic substrate, in a third step c) using suitable methods those afore- mentioned substances are dried and/or irradiated with electromagnetic waves and, optionally, in a fourth step d) the substrate so pretreated is provided with a coating and the coating is cured or dried.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des revêtements à forte adhérence sur un substrat métallisé inorganique ou organique. Ce procédé comprend a) une première étape au cours de laquelle on fait réagir un plasma basse température, une effluve ou une flamme sur le substrat organique ou inorganique; b) une seconde étape qui consiste à appliquer sur le substrat organique ou inorganique un ou plusieurs photo-initiateurs ou mélanges de photo-initiateurs avec des monomères, lesquels contiennent au moins un groupe éthyléniquement insaturé, ou des solutions ou des suspensions ou des émulsions desdites substances; et c) une troisième étape qui consiste à utiliser des procédés adaptés pour sécher et/ou traitées par radiation d'ondes électromagnétiques, les substances susmentionnées; et éventuellement, d) une quatrième étape qui consiste à déposer un revêtement sur le substrat ainsi traité, puis à cuire ou à sécher ce revêtement.
