PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: Fabrication de thiophénols à partir des cyclohexyl-mer- captans correspondants. Le cyclohexyl-mercaptan, éventuellement substitué, est chauffé à l'état de vapeur avec de l'anhydride sul- fureux, en présence d'un catalyseur de déshydrogénation, en par- ticulier de charbon actif. Ce procédé conduit à des bons rende- ments en thiophénols utilisables comme stabilisants de polymères promoteurs de réarrangements chimiques, inhibiteurs de corrosion et médicaments.
