Process for the production of urea-comprising particles, wherein the urea- comprising particles are produced in a pelletizer, comprising a feeding device, a belt and a device to remove the formed pellets from the belt, by feeding a urea- comprising liquid to the feeding device from which droplets of the urea-comprising liquid are dosed to the belt, whereon the urea-comprising droplets solidify and cool to a temperature of <= 55~C, whereafter the formed urea-comprising particles are removed from the belt.

Un procédé de production de particules comprenant de l'urée, lesquelles particules sont produites dans une pastilleuse, comprenant un dispositif d'acheminement, une courroie et un dispositif d'élimination des pastilles formées à partir de la courroie. Un liquide comprenant de l'urée est acheminé vers le dispositif d'acheminement à partir duquel les gouttelettes du liquide comprenant de l'urée sont dosées et atteignent la courroie sur laquelle les gouttelettes comprenant de l'urée se consolident et se refroidissent pour atteindre une température inférieure ou égale à = 55°C. Par la suite, les particules comprenant de l'urée ainsi obtenues sont éliminées de la courroie.
