A process is disclosed for manufacturing wear- and corrosion-protected surfaces on plastifier screws for injection moulding machines. Wear-resistant layers are produced over the entire screw surface in two process steps. A laser technique is used to melt in additives into the upper side (3) of the screw ribs (2) and the rib flanks (4) and screw base (5) are coated by high- speed flame spraying with metallic, hard-metallic and/or ceramic substances.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de production de surfaces anti-usure et anti-corrosion sur des vis de plastification pour presses d'injection. Sur toute la surface d'une vis de plastification, des couches anti-usure sont produites selon un processus en deux étapes. Dans la partie supérieure (3) des nervures (2) de la vis, des matériaux d'apport sont fondus au laser, tandis que les flancs (4) des nervures et la base (5) de la vis sont revêtus par projection à la flamme à grande vitesse, avec des matériaux métalliques, métalliques durs et/ou céramiques.
