The invention relates to a derived timber product body, a mouldable derived timber product body and method for production of such a derived timber product body. The derived timber product body comprises one or more layers of strands, wetted with a binding agent system. The binding agent system comprises one or more duroplastic hardening components and contains a first duroplastic curing binding agent. The strands wetted with the binding agent system are pressed in a first stage under first temperature and pressure conditions which do not permit complete, but rather a partial curing of the first duroplastic binding agent. The mouldable derived timber product body produced as above is pressed into a given form in a second stage under temperature and pressure conditions which permit a complete curing of the first duroplastic binding agent.
L'invention concerne un corps en matériau dérivé du bois, un corps en matériau dérivé du bois postformable ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de ce corps en matériau dérivé du bois. Ce corps en matériau dérivé du bois présente une ou plusieurs couches de copeaux longs humidifiés au moyen d'un système de liants. Ce système de liants présente un ou plusieurs constituants thermodurcissables et contient un premier liant thermodurcissable. Dans une première étape, les copeaux longs humidifiés au moyen du système de liants sont compactés dans des premières conditions de pression et de température qui permettent un durcissement seulement partiel, et non pas complet, du premier liant thermodurcissable. Dans une seconde étape, le corps en matériau dérivé du bois postformable ainsi fabriqué est compacté sous une forme prédéfinie dans des conditions de pression et de température permettant un durcissement final du premier liant thermodurcissable.
