The present invention relates to a process for the purificacion of amorolfine hydrochloride by means of a reversed-phase preparative high performances liquid chromatography (prep-HPLC) said method starting from a crude Amorolfine hydrochloride having purity higher than 90% and containing Bepromoline hydrochloride < 5% and Fenpropimorf < 3%. The process involves the use of a mo-bile phase comprising water and an organic solvent under isocratic conditons.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de purification de chlorhydrate d'amorolfine au moyen d'une chromatographie liquide à haute performance préparative (prep-HPLC) à phase inversée, ledit procédé partant d'un chlorhydrate d'amorolfine brut de pureté supérieure à 90 % et contenant moins de 5 % de chlorhydrate de bépromoline et moins de 3 % de fenpropimorphe. Le procédé implique l'utilisation d'une phase mobile comprenant de l'eau et un solvant organique dans des conditions isocratiques.
