A process for the recovery and purification of olefinically unsaturated nitriles from a process stream produced by the ammoxidation of a hydrocarbon feedstock comprising contacting the process stream comprising olefinically unsaturated nitrile with an aqueous quench liquid in a quench apparatus to produce a gaseous quench effluent comprising olefinically unsaturated nitrile; contacting the gaseous quench effluent with a liquid comprising water in an absorber apparatus to form an aqueous mixture comprising absorbed olefinically unsaturated nitrile; withdrawing from the absorber apparatus a side-draw stream comprising water and a bottoms stream comprising olefinically unsaturated nitrile; introducing the bottoms stream to a first distillation column where the bottoms stream is distilled in an extractive distillation to form a top fraction comprising olefinically unsaturated nitrile, and directing the sidedraw stream comprising water to the upper portion of the first distillation column to assist with the extractive distillation of the olefinically unsaturated nitrile in the first distillation column.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de récupération et de purification de nitriles insaturés d'un point de vue oléfinique à partir d'un liquide à traiter produit par l'ammoxydation d'une charge d'hydrocarbures, ce procédé consistant à mettre en contact le liquide à traiter comprenant le nitrile insaturé d'un point de vue oléfinique avec un liquide de lavage aqueux dans un appareil de lavage afin de produire un effluent de lavage gazeux comprenant le nitrile insaturé d'un point de vue oléfinique; mettre en contact l'effluent de lavage gazeux avec un liquide comprenant de l'eau dans un absorbeur de façon à obtenir un mélange aqueux comprenant le nitrile absorbé insaturé d'un point de vue oléfinique; retirer de l'absorbeur un courant à extraction latérale comprenant de l'eau et un courant de fond comprenant le nitrile insaturé d'un point de vue oléfinique; introduire le courant de fond dans une première colonne de distillation, ce courant de fond étant distillé par distillation extractive de façon à obtenir une fraction supérieure comprenant le nitrile insaturé d'un point de vue oléfinique et diriger le courant à écoulement latéral comprenant l'eau vers la partie supérieure de la première colonne de distillation afin de faciliter la distillation extractive du nitrile insaturé d'un point de vue oléfinique dans la première colonne de distillation.
