Abstract of the disclosure: The invention relates to a process for the quantitative de- termination of the antithrombin-III activity of aqueous solutions, in particular in body fluids such as plasma or serum, over the complex formation with heparin by determination of the coagu- lation time of a mixture of the antithrombin-containing solu- tion, a diluted solution of a sulfated organic polymer having heparin action, a diluted thrombin solution and a fibrinogen solution.
