The capacity of a continuous combined solvent extraction, distillation process for the separation of aromatics from a mixed feed stream may be increased by one or more of: (1) recycling a portion, typically from 20 to 45% of a recycle stream of water and a water miscible solvent to the feed stream prior to the extractor; (2) adding 3 to 10 weight % of a saturated non-cyclic C3-5 stream to the feed stock prior to the extractor; and (3) providing a side reboiler to the stripper column to add 10 -50% of the total heat requirement at the extractor draw location.
On peut augmenter la capacité d'un procédé continu, combiné, de distillation et d'extraction au solvant, pour la séparation de composés aromatiques dans un circuit d'alimentation en matières premières mélangées, grâce à une ou à plusieurs des opérations suivantes : 1) le recyclage d'une partie, typiquement de 20 à 45 %, d'un circuit de recyclage d'eau et d'un solvant miscible dans l'eau vers le circuit d'alimentation, en amont de l'extracteur; 2) en ajoutant de 3 à 10 %, en poids, d'un circuit de composés saturés non cycliques en C3-C5 à la matière première d'alimentation, en amont de l'extracteur; et 3) en équipant la colonne de fractionnement d'un rebouilleur latéral afin de fournir de 10 à 50 % de la chaleur totale nécessaire au point de prélèvement de l'extracteur.
