In this process, the .DELTA. 15' (20') dehydroxy-20'- vincaleucoblastine derivative corresponding to the product which is to be synthesised is oxidised in the presence of all oxidising metal salt, air or oxygen. The products obtained are useful in the pharmaceutical industry.
