Process for the wall ironing of a product in sheet form, which is formed from a metal sheet coated on at least one side with a layer of plastic, the wall-ironing tool comprising a forming surface which the product with a plastic coating layer moves along during the wall ironing, and the forming surface being at an entry angle with respect to the direction of movement of the product, whereby the entry angle varies over the length of the forming surface, in the direction of movement of the product past the forming surface, this entry being smaller in a starting zone of the forming surface than in the subsequent zone thereof.
L'invention concerne un processus d'étirage des parois d'un produit en feuilles qui est formé à partir d'une feuille de métal recouverte d'au moins un des côtés d'une couche de plastique, l'outil d'étirage des parois comprenant une surface formatrice que le produit recouvert d'une couche de plastique déplace en longueur pendant l'étirage des parois. La surface formatrice est placée sous un angle d'entrée par rapport à la direction du mouvement du produit, l'angle d'entrée variant le long de la surface formatrice dans la direction du mouvement du produit après la surface formatrice. L'angle d'entrée est plus faible dans la zone de début de la surface formatrice que dans la zone qui suit.
