The present patent relates to the process of constructing a wheel and obtained wheel, formed essentially by a rim (100) provided with hole for the valve (105); regions for supporting the tire and internal extreme flanges (157) and external disk (101), in which are expected: ventilation openings (102); fixing holes (103) and central holes (104); said process forming the construction of the wheel from a unique part (blank) circular (150), conformed by an adequate sequence of pressing and dressing operations that form a wheel formed by a rim (100) and a disk (101) obtained in a unique part.
Procédé de fabrication d'une roue et roue obtenue formée essentiellement d'une jante (100) pourvue d'un trou accueillant la valve (105), de zones d'appui pour le pneumatique, de rebords extrêmes internes (157) et d'un disque externe (101) dans lequel sont pratiquées des ouvertures de ventilation (102); de trous de fixation (103) et de trous centraux (104). Ledit procédé de fabrication de la roue consiste à utiliser une seule pièce (ébauche) circulaire (150) que l'on met en forme à l'aide d'une série appropriée d'opérations de pressage et de dressage, afin d'obtenir une roue formée d'une jante (100) et d'un disque (101) réalisé en une seule pièce.
