A method of stabilizing lithium metal powder is provided. The method includes the steps of heating lithium metal to a temperature above its melting point, agitating the molten lithium metal, and contacting the lithium metal with a fluorination agent to provide a stabilized lithium metal powder.
L'invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation de poudre métallique de lithium. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à chauffer le métal lithium au-dessus de son point de fusion, à agiter le métal lithium fondu et à mettre en contact le métal lithium avec un agent de fluoration afin d'obtenir une poudre métallique de lithium stabilisée.
