Process for surface and environmental heating of building structures and infrastructures obtained by formation of a thermoelectric layer (210) placed behind the surface finish of walls and especially underneath the flooring of structures, by means of a polymer-bitumen strip with a metal core of extremely high electric conductivity, of a constant section and micrometric thickness, laid in lengths side by side sufficiently spaced for electrical insulation, by the ends of each length being bent back in a double bend (214) at 45~, thus permitting, by closure of said metal core in an electric circuit, transformation of electric energy into thermal energy.
L'invention concerne un procédé, permettant de chauffer une surface ou un environnement de structures et d'infrastructures d'immeuble, obtenu par formation d'une couche thermoélectrique (210) placée derrière le revêtement de surface de parois et notamment en-dessous de structures de plancher, à l'aide d'une bande de bitume-polymère dotée d'une âme métallique extrêmement électroconductrice, de section constante et d'épaisseur micrométrique. Lesdites bandes électroconductrices sont constituées de longueurs étendues côte à côte et suffisamment espacées pour obtenir une isolation électrique, les extrémités de chaque longueur de bande étant repliées en deux pliures (214) à 45·, ce qui permet, lorsque l'âme métallique est enfermée dans un circuit électrique, de transformer l'énergie électrique en énergie thermique.
