The present invention relates to a process for determining an analyte in a sample containing free haemoglobin by optical bichromatic measurement for a main and a secondary measuring wave length. A secondary measuring wave length of above 475 nm is used containing absorption bands of haemoglobin.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer la présence d'une substance dans un échantillon contenant de l'hémoglobine libre, par mesure bichromatique optique à une longueur d'onde de mesure principale et une longueur d'onde de mesure secondaire. Selon ce procédé, on utilise une longueur d'onde de mesure secondaire supérieure à 475 nm comportant des bandes d'absorption d'hémoglobine.
