This invention provides a long-lasting, reliable sealant comprising a mixture of petroleum waxes and glass fibre, and includes a process of injecting the sealant at a high temperature into cracks, crevices and hollows in a building's foundation walls at points below the ground surface thereby preventing water-entry into the building. The sealant, using the specified process of application, will also aid in maintaining a building's structural integrity through the elimination of water-entry.
