Continous process for preparing aluminium nitride by carbonitriding of alumina. According to the process, the reaction involving alumina, carbon, a binding agent and nitrogen is carried out in a reactor characterized in that the reaction zone consists in at least one pipe having an exchange surface/volume ratio of between 5 and 150 m-1 and preferably between 10 and 50 m-1.

Procédé en continu de préparation de nitrure d'aluminium par carbonitruration d'alumine. Selon ce procédé, la réaction qui met en oeuvre de l'alumine, du carbone, un liant et de l'azote est effectuée dans un réacteur caractérisé en ce que la zone réactionnelle consiste en au moins un conduit présentant un rapport surface d'échange/volume compris entre 5 et 150 m-1 et de préférence compris entre 10 et 50 m-1.
