A process for producing phosphorus pentafluoride by separating/extracting phosphorus pentafluoride from a pentavalent-phosphorus compound or a solution thereof or from a composition obtained by reacting the pentavalent-phosphorus compound or solution thereof with hydrogen fluoride. Also provided is a process for producing a hexafluorophosphate in which the phosphorus pentafluoride obtained is used as a raw material to produce a high-purity hexafluorophosphate. The process for phosphorus pentafluoride production is characterized by bringing a carrier gas into contact with a pentavalent-phosphorus compound or a solution thereof or with a solution obtained by reacting the pentavalent-phosphorus compound or solution thereof with hydrogen fluoride to obtain a composition and dissolving the composition to thereby extract and separate phosphorus pentafluoride with the carrier gas.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire du pentafluorure de phosphore par séparation/extraction de pentafluorure de phosphore à partir d'un composé de phosphore pentavalent ou d'une solution de celui-ci ou à partir d'une composition obtenue en faisant réagir le composé de phosphore pentavalent ou la solution de celui-ci avec du fluorure d'hydrogène. Un procédé pour produire un hexafluorophosphate est également fourni, dans lequel le pentafluorure de phosphore obtenu est utilisé en tant que matière première pour produire un hexafluorophosphate de pureté élevée. Le procédé de production de pentafluorure de phosphore est caractérisé en ce que l'on met en contact un gaz porteur avec un composé de phosphore pentavalent ou une solution de celui-ci, ou avec une solution obtenue en faisant réagir le composé de phosphore pentavalent ou la solution de celui-ci avec du fluorure d'hydrogène, pour obtenir une composition et en dissolvant la composition pour extraire et séparer par la suite du pentafluorure de phosphore d'avec le gaz porteur.
