An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing phosphorus pentafluoride and hexafluorophosphate, that can suppress the manufacturing cost and also can manufacture high-quality phosphorus pentafluoride from an inexpensive and low-quality raw material. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing phosphorus pentafluoride, wherein a raw material which comprises at least a phosphorus atom and a fluorine atom is brought into contact with a carrier gas, thereby a phosphorus pentafluoride is extracted and separated into the career gas. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing hexafluorophosphate, comprising the step of: reacting fluoride with phosphorus pentafluoride obtained by the method of manufacturing phosphorus pentafluoride according to the following chemical reaction scheme, sPF5 + AF s .fwdarw. A(PF6)s wherein s is in the range of 1<= s<=3, and A is at least one member selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH4, Ag, Mg, Ca, Ba, Zn, Cu, Pb, Al and Fe.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de pentafluorure de phosphore de haute qualité à partir d'une matière première de basse qualité bon marché avec un contrôle du coût de production; et sur un procédé de production d'hexafluorophosphates. Le procédé de production du pentafluorure de phosphore est caractérisé par le fait que l'on sépare du pentafluorure de phosphore en amenant un gaz véhicule en contact avec une composition de matière première contenant des atomes de phosphore et des atomes de fluor comme éléments essentiels et en amenant ainsi le pentafluorure de phosphore à être extrait dans le gaz véhicule. Le procédé de fabrication d'hexafluorophosphates est caractérisé par la réaction du pentafluorure de phosphore obtenu par le procédé ci-dessus pour la production de pentafluorure de phosphore avec un fluorure conformément au schéma réactionnel suivant pour former un hexafluorophosphate : sPF5 + AFs ? A(PF6)s [où 1 = s = 3; et A est au moins l'un choisi dans le groupe constitué par Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH4, Ag, Mg, Ca, Ba, Zn, Cu, Pb, Al et Fe].
