A process for producing a compound of formula (2) of value as anti- inflammatory agents, which comprises reacting a compound of formula (3) or a salt thereof with 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole to give a compound of formula (1) or a salt thereof and deaminated the same, and an intermediate compound (1). In the above formulas, Y represents N or C-G in which G represents carboxyl which may be esterified or amidated, acyl, hydroxyalkyl which may be protected, or halogen; ring A and ring B each may be substituted; k is equal to 0 or 1; X represents a leaving group.
L'invention concerne notamment un procédé de production d'un composé représenté par la formule générale (2) présentant un intérêt comme agent anti-inflammatoire, lequel composé consiste, d'une part à faire réagir soit un composé représenté par la formule générale (3), soit l'un de ses sels, avec du 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole pour obtenir un composé représenté par la formule générale (1) ou l'un de ses sels et d'autre part à désaminer ce composé ou ce sel et un composé intermédiaire. Dans les formules générales, Y représente N ou C-G, "G" représentant un carboxyle pouvant être estérifié ou amidaté, un acyle, un hydroxyalkyle pouvant être protégé ou un halogène; les groupes A et B peuvent être substitués; k prend la valeur 0 ou 1; "X" représente un groupe disparaissant.
