The present invention relates to a novel process for preparing (E)-1-amino-2- (fluoromethylene)-4-(p-fluorophenyl)butane, also known in the art as (E)-(p- fluorophenethyl)-3-fluoroallylamine, novel intermediates thereof, a novel process for the preparing (E)-2-(fluoromethylene)-4-(p-fluorophenyl)butan-1- ol, a novel process for preparing alkali metal salts of diformylamide, and a novel crystalline form of sodium diformylamide.
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation de (E)-1-amino-2-(fluorométhylène)-4-(p-fluorophényl)butane, également connu dans l'art comme (E)-(p-fluorophénéthyl)-3-fluoroallylamine, leurs nouveaux intermédiaires, un nouveau procédé de préparation de (E)-2-(fluorométhylène)-4-(p-fluorophényl)butan-1-ol, un nouveau procédé de préparation de sels métalliques alcalins de diformylamide, et une nouvelle forme crystalline de diformylamide de sodium.
