This invention provides a process of producing a nano-TiO2 aqueous emulsion with photocatalyse function, the nano catalyst is loaded on filtered water-soluble polyacrylate resin. This photocatalyst coating can be applied to the surfaces of wall, brick, leather, plastic, and wood by spray gun, brush or roller, this coating is strongly adhered to the painted substrate, which makes the object possess activity of photocatalyse under sunlight. In the production of this catalyst, nano-zinc oxide is used to blend with nano- TiO2, which greatly enhances the photocatalyse function of the aqueous photocatalyst emulsion, it provides activity of photocatalyse not only under ultraviolet radiation, but also in sunlight and under daylight lamp in the application of industry and daily life.
