A processing and assembling manner for controlling valve of single-handle faucet. The controlling valve includes a valve stem, an upper semispherical housing, a lower semispherical housing and a screw. A top end of the valve stem is disposed with a thread through hole. A top end of the upper housing is disposed with an engaging hole. The manner includes the steps of fitting a lower end section of the valve stem into the engaging hole of the upper housing, upward screwing a stem of the screw into a lower section of the thread through hole of the valve stem with a head section of the screw abutting against the inner wall of top end of the upper housing, welding a periphery of the head section with the inner wall of the top end of the upper housing and welding the upper edge of the lower housing with the lower edge of the upper housing.
Le présent brevet vise une méthode d'assemblage de la vanne de réglage d'un robinet mitigeur. La vanne de réglage comprend une tige de vanne, un boîtier semi-sphérique supérieur, un boîtier semi-sphérique inférieur et une vis. Une extrémité supérieure de la tige de vanne est munie d'un orifice traversant fileté. Une extrémité supérieure du boîtier supérieur présente un orifice d'assemblage. La méthode visée englobe l'ajustement de la partie inférieure de la tige de vanne dans l'orifice d'assemblage du boîtier supérieur, l'insertion en vissant vers le haut de la tige de la vis dans la partie basse du trou traversant fileté de la tige de vanne, la tête de la vis s'appuyant contre la paroi interne de la partie haute du boîtier supérieur, scellant le pourtour de la tête de vis à la paroi interne de la partie haute du boîtier supérieur ainsi que l'extrémité supérieure du boîtier inférieur à l'extrémité inférieure du boîtier supérieur.
