The invention relates to a method for preparing a beverage, wherein a dough - which has been prepared from malt flour and water - is diluted with water to a mixture of malt flour in water, the diluted mixture containing 11 to 45 wt.% malt flour, based on the total weight of the mixture. The invention further relates to intermediate products and beverage obtainable by means of a method according to the invention. The invention has been found particularly suitable for preparing alcohol-containing beverages.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une boisson, selon lequel une pâte préparée à partir de farine de malt et d'eau, est diluée avec de l'eau de manière à former un mélange de farine de malt dans de l'eau, le mélange dilué contenant entre 11 et 45% en poids de farine de malt, en fonction du poids total du mélange. L'invention concerne en outre des produits intermédiaires et une boisson pouvant être obtenus au moyen du procédé de l'invention. L'invention s'avère particulièrement appropriée pour la préparation de boissons contenant de l'alcool.
