The invention relates to a method for producing an ophthalmic spectacle lens providing a spectacle wearer with lenses in a way that is customized in accordance with a blurred perception by said spectacle qearer. The lens (V4) is selected such that the wearer has the impression of having a clear field of view which has a reference width. Said reference width is predetermined from a first lens (V7) in accordance with the ophthalmic prescription of the wearer and to a reference threshold value of blurriness (BR). It is then combined in the lens which is provided to the wearer at a threshold value (BO) of the blurriness which is perceived by the wearer.
Un procédé de réalisation d'un verre de lunettes ophtalmiques permet d'équiper un porteur de verres d'une façon qui est personnalisée en fonction d'une perception de flou par ledit porteur. Le verre (V4) est sélectionné de façon que le porteur ait l'impression de disposer d'un champ de vision nette qui possède une largeur de référence. Cette largeur de référence est déterminée à partir d'un premier verre (V7) qui est conforme la prescription ophtalmique du porteur et d'une valeur-seuil de référence du flou (B R).
