PRODUCT CONTAINER ASSEMBLY FOR CONSUMER BLIND PREFERENCE PRODUCT TEST ABSTRACT An enclosure assembly is disclosed which allows consumer blind preference testing of products, such as foodstuffs. The product containers are concealed in a shaped mold which, in turn, is contained in an opaque paperboard carton such that only the neck of the product container extends through the carton. In this manner, the shape of the product containers are concealed from the participants in a taste or other preference test.
