This invention relates to a nucleic acid comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding an epitope tag peptide in the hypervariable region 1 of the E2 protein of naturally occurring or chimeric hepatitis C virus (HCV) genome, an epitope- tagged HCV particle encoded by such nucleic acid, and a method for purifying the HCV particles at a high purity in a simple manner with the use of an anti-epitope tag antibody- immobilized support.
L'invention porte sur un acide nucléique ayant une séquence nucléotidique codant un peptide marqueur épitope au niveau d'une région hypervariable 1 dans la protéine E2 2 sur un génome du virus de l'hépatite C (VHC) naturel ou chimérique ; sur des particules du VHC marquées par un épitope codées par l'acide nucléique ; et sur un procédé de purification de particules du VHC d'une manière simple et à une pureté élevée par l'utilisation d'un support ayant un anticorps marqueur anti-épitope immobilisé sur celui-ci.
