Production method for granulated materials with a desirable particle size distribution, comprises sampling step of sampling diffracted and/or scattered light data obtained by applying beam light on the growing particles under granulation as the measured data at fixed time intervals, analyzing step of analyzing particle size distribution data of the growing particles by performing a particular arithmetic operation on the measured data, and controlling step of controlling a particle growing factor so as to conform the analyzed particle size distribution data to the corresponding objective particle size distribution data which are previously prepared in time series order according to the granulation procedure to be executed each time of comparison of the particle size distribution data analyzed from the measured data with the corresponding objective particle size distribution data. The system comprises a fluid layer and a sampling measurement instrument which is detachably connected to the fluid layer via a conduit, where the growing particles are introduced and the diffracted and/or scattered light data from the growing particles are sampled at fixed time intervals.
L'invention porte sur une méthode de production de matériaux granulés présentant une distribution granulométrique recherchée. La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : échantillonnage de données sur la lumière diffractée et/ou diffusée obtenues en appliquant un faisceau lumineux sur les particules en formation au cours du processus de granulation, ces données portant sur des mesures prises à intervalles fixes; analyse des données sur la distribution granulométrique des particules en formation en appliquant une formule arithmétique particulière aux données des mesures et contrôle du facteur de formation des particules de façon à faire concorder les données d'analyse sur la distribution granulométrique des particules aux données correspondantes sur la granulométrie recherchée qui ont déjà été préparées en séries chronologiques selon la procédure de granulation à exécuter, pour chaque fois que les données d'analyse de la distribution à partir des données des mesures doivent être comparées aux données sur la distribution granulométrique recherchée. Le système comprend une couche fluide et un instrument de mesure de l'échantillonnage qui est raccordé de façon non permanente à la couche fluide par un conduit dans lequel les particules en formation sont introduites et où les données sur la lumière diffractée et/ou diffusée à partir des particules en formation sont échantillonnées à intervalles fixes.
