Production method for radiators comprising a vertical tubular element (1) with holes (11) in which bushings (2) house, the bushings (2) being provided with 0- rings (4) inserted in recesses (21', 23 a) afforded therein. An expanding element provided with a internal stem (41) and an external expandable tubular element (42) exhibiting longitudinal flutes (421) which expands the external tubular element (42) when the stem (41) is moved axially internally of the tubular element (42) , whereby a terminal slim tract (24) of the bushing (2) is thus enlarged and belling out to strike against walls of the holes (11) . The bushing (2) is then unremovably inserted into a horizontal tubular element (3) , a washer (R) housing in a recess (22) of the bushing (2) being crushed between an internal wall of the tubular element (3) and the bushing (2) , eliminating possibility of sliding of the horizontal tubular element (3) .

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production destiné à des radiateurs qui comprend un élément tubulaire vertical (1) doté d~orifices (11) dans lesquels sont logés des douilles (2), celles-ci (2) étant pourvues de joints toriques (4) insérés dans des évidements (21', 23a). L~invention porte sur un élément d~extension, pourvu d~une tige interne (41) et d~un élément tubulaire extensible externe (42) présentant des cannelures longitudinales (421), qui étend l~élément tubulaire interne (42) lorsque la tige (41) se déplace axialement à l~intérieur de l~élément tubulaire (42), ce qui permet d~élargir et d~évaser un mince tract terminal (24) de la douille (2) afin qu~elle vienne heurter contre les parois des orifices (11). Puis, la douille (2) est insérée de manière fixe dans un élément tubulaire horizontal (3), tandis qu~une rondelle (R) logée dans un évidement (22) de la douille (2) est comprimée entre une paroi interne de l~élément tubulaire (3) et la douille (2), ce qui permet ainsi d~éliminer tout glissement de l~élément tubulaire horizontal (3).
