A production method of a heterologous protein, comprising culturing a heterologous protein-producing host prepared by gene manipulation in a medium containing a fatty acid or a salt thereof, and a surfactant and harvesting the heterologous protein from the culture. The production amount of the heterologous protein produced by a heterologous protein-producing host can be increased. Moreover, since decomposition of the heterologous protein by an enzyme derived from the host can be inhibited, enabling large scale production of a heterologous protein.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de protéines étrangères consistant à mettre en culture des hôtes produisant des protéines étrangères construits par manipulation de gènes dans des milieux contenant des acides gras ou leurs sels ainsi que des tensioactifs et à récolter les protéines étrangères à partir des cultures. Ainsi on peut élever les rendements de protéines étrangères produites par les hôtes. De plus, on peut empêcher la dégradation des protéines étrangères par des enzymes provenant des hôtes, ce qui permet une production à grande échelle desdites protéines étrangères.
