A production method of iron carbide for preventing easy formation of a metallic carbide on the inner surface of a heating tube of a tubular heating furnace for heating a reducing gas and a carbonizing gas supplied to a reaction furnace, comprising heating the carbonizing gas supplied to the reaction furnace (1) by a combustion exhaust gas after heating of the reducing gas and a cycling gas inside the tubular heating furnace (6), introducing then their mixed gas into the reaction furnace (1), and reducing and carbonizing the iron-containing raw material in the reaction furnace (1).

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production de carbure de fer empêchant la formation facile de carbure métallique à la surface intérieure des tubes de chauffe d'un four tubulaire utilisé pour le réchauffage le gaz réducteur et le gaz de carburation fournis au four de réaction. Ledit procédé consiste à réchauffer le gaz de carburation fournis au four de réaction (1) par des gaz de combustion, après avoir réchauffé le gaz réducteur et un gaz recyclé dans le four tubulaire (6) de réchauffage, puis à introduire dans le four de réaction (1) les gaz mélangés, puis à réduire et carburer le matériau brut ferreux dans le four de réaction (1).
