The present invention relates to an industrial synthetic method of an optically active cyclohexane ether compound (IIIa) or a salt thereof, which is useful as a pharmaceutical agent, and an intermediate useful for the production method of the present invention. The production method of the present invention is as shown below: wherein each symbol is as defined in the specification. According to the production method of the present invention, efficient and stable supply of an optically active cyclohexane ether compound (IIIa) in a high yield at a lower cost can be afforded. Therefore, an optically active cyclohexane ether compound (IIIa) extremely useful as a pharmaceutical agent can be provided by an industrially highly advantageous method.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé synthétique industriel d'un composé optiquement actif d'éther de cyclohexane (IIIa) ou d'un sel de celui-ci, ce composé étant utile comme agent pharmaceutique, et sur un intermédiaire utile dans le procédé de production de cette invention. Le procédé de production de l'invention est tel que défini en figure (1) où chaque symbole est tel que défini dans la demande. Selon le procédé de production de cette invention, il est possible de produire de manière efficace et stable un composé optiquement actif cyclohexane éther (IIIa) à haut rendement et à faible coût. En conséquence, le composé précité (IIIa), extrêmement utile comme agent pharmaceutique, peut être obtenu selon un procédé industriel extrêmement avantageux.
