With the purpose of proposing processes for efficient production of ultrafine particles of pure metals and alloys which enable the use of inexpensive raw materials, the invention provides a process for the production of ultrafine particles of pure metals which comprises heating a raw material containing a metal chloride and reducing the thus generated metal chloride vapor with hydrogen gas, wherein the raw material further contains a simple substance of the metal constituting the metal chloride and the metal chloride used as a part of the raw material is one having a larger valence among those having two or more valences; and a process for production of ultrafine particles of alloys, wherein among the components of the alloy, one to (the number of the components - 1) of the components are contained in the raw material in the form of metal chlorides and the others in the form of simple substances.
L'invention porte sur des procédés de production efficace de particules ultrafines de métaux purs et d'alliages qui permettent d'utiliser des matières premières peu coûteuses, en particulier sur un procédé de production de particules ultrafines de métaux purs selon lequel on chauffe une matière première contenant un chlorure métallique et on réduit la vapeur de chlorure métallique obtenue avec un hydrogène gazeux, la matière première contenant en outre une substance simple du métal constituant le chlorure métallique, et le chlorure métallique utilisé comme partie de la matière première possédant une valence plus élevée parmi ceux qui possèdent au moins deux valences ; plus particulièrement, sur un procédé de production de particules ultrafines d'alliages selon lequel, parmi les composants de l'alliage, de un à (le nombre de composants moins 1) des composants sont contenus dans la matière première sous la forme de chlorures métalliques et les autres sont contenus sous la forme de substances simples.
