A process of separating suspended solids from a fermentation liquor by subjecting the liquor to a solids-liquid separation stage, wherein the fermentation liquor is produced in a fermentation process for the production of a fermentation product, in which the liquor has been subjected to a temperature of at least 50~C, wherein the solids-liquid separation stage is assisted by a treatment system, characterised in that the treatment system comprises an anionic polymer selected from natural polymers and modified natural polymers having a high anionic charge such that the equivalent weight is below 300, and synthetic polymers formed from at least 50% by weight anionic monomer units.
La présente invention a trait à un procédé pour la séparation de solides suspendus à partir d'une liqueur de fermentation en soumettant la liqueur à une étape de séparation de solides/liquide, dans laquelle la liqueur de fermentation est produite dans un traitement de fermentation pour la production d'un produite de fermentation, dans lequel la liqueur a été soumise à une température d'au moins 50 ·C, dans lequel l'étape de séparation est assistée par un système de traitement. L'invention se caractérise en ce que le système de traitement comporte un polymère anionique choisi parmi des polymères naturels et des polymères naturels modifiés présentant une charge anionique élevée de sorte que le poids équivalent est inférieur à 300, et des polymères synthétiques formés à partir d'au moins 50 % en poids d'unités monomères anioniques.
