Disclosed are elastomeric articles having thermoplastic organic polymer appliques, on which an image or design is printed, and methods of their production. The thermoplastic organic polymers include microporous polyolefins and thermoplastic polyurethanes. Microporous polyolefÊn appliques are co-cured with an uncured portion of the article wherein a portion of elastomeric material of the article adjacent the applique impregnates the microporous polyolefÊn applique affixing the applique thereto. The elastomeric article further includes the microporous polyolefin applique impregnating the elastomeric material of the article. Thermoplastic polyurethane appliques are affixed to at least a portion of an elastomeric article using an adhesive.
La présente invention concerne des articles élastomères ayant des appliques en polymère organiques thermoplastique, sur lesquels une image ou une conception est imprimée, et leurs procédés de production. Les polymères organiques thermoplastiques comprennent des polyoléfines microporeuses et des polyuréthanes thermoplastiques. Les appliques en polyoléfine microporeuse sont co-durcies avec une partie non-durcie de l'article où une partie du matériau élastomère de l'article à côté de l'applique imprègne l'applique en polyoléfine microporeuse en apposant l'applique dessus. L'article élastomère comprend en outre l'applique en polyoléfine microporeuse imprégnant le matériau élastomère de l'article. Des appliques en polyuréthane thermoplastique sont apposées sur au moins une partie d'un article élastomère en utilisant un adhésif.
