PRODUCTION OF ARTICLES FROM POWDERED METALS ABSTRACT A process for the production porous metal strip contemplates forming a suspension of metal powder in a liquid, depositing the suspension on a flat, horizontally moving surface, passing the thus coated surface successively through evaporating and sintering zones and removing the sintered product from the moving surface. Preferrably the liquid is a solution of a thermoplastic resin a volatile organic solvent.
