ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a method of utilizing fly ash from power works and refuse disposal plants in the production of cement clinkers in a rotary kiln and a plant for carrying out said method. The invention fur- ther comprises cement materials obtained according to said method. The fly ash presents serious pollution problems which are now at least partially re- solved by utilization in the present process.
